up, up, and away...

those that know me, or know my blog, know how important thank you notes are to me. both sending them and receiving them. whether you write a novel expressing your gratitude or simply write those two gracious words, THANK YOU, it's always wonderful to read.

there are always fun ways to send thank you notes.  a postcard style thank you is more casual and informal, but if it fits your theme and saves you time from writing a novel to each guest, then i say, why not? an added bonus, it saves you some money on postage too!

here is a thank you postcard i created for zac's mom to send out after his 1st birthday party. party theme was from the disney movie, Up, if you couldn't tell.

cash, check or charge?

happy to announce that "in a card" now accepts credit card payments! thanks to a nifty device and app, called square...
perfect timing, considering the holidays are just around the corner! guess it's time to start thinking of holiday cards and gift ideas...

my #1 favorite gift idea?  NOTECARDS!  they are always nice to have around and way more personal than an email.  and who doesn't like receiving something else in their mailbox other than bills and junkmail?!?!

i'm sure you'll be able to find a design for everyone on your holiday list this year.

for the family next door...

for the newlywed...

for the working professional...

for the simply chic girlfriend...

for the manfriend...

for the kid (or the kid at heart)...

more designs available at the Etsy shop, so check it out when you get a chance.

cheers and happy shoppping!

steve jobs 1955-2011

remembering an innovator, a visionary, a creative genius...
remembering steve jobs.

a quote by Apple, Inc.:

"Here’s to the crazy ones. The misfits. The rebels. The troublemakers. The round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently. They’re not fond of rules. And they have no respect for the status quo. You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them. About the only thing you can’t do is ignore them. Because they change things. They push the human race forward. And while some may see them as the crazy ones, we see genius. Because the people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do."
